2018 Opawa Pinot Noir

Semi translucent dark red colour with black tinged edges and a light red hue. Aromas of dark cherries, dried meats and toasty oak intermingle with hints of anise, forest floor and spice. Light and elegant in body but with good mid palate flesh, spicy dark cherry and subtle anise flavours are overlaid with smoked meats, forest floor and spicy cedar characters. Refined tannins concluding with medium length.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
