2018 Nick O'Leary Riesling

Brilliant water like core with greenish tinged edges. Aromas of lemon and lime are trailed by subtle orange rind, wet steel and flinty mineral notes. Piercing lime and lemon juice flavours have an elegant feel over a back drop of wet steel, notions of orange and mineral. Dry racy finish with crunchy acidity and a long aftertaste that shows great precision.
