Brilliant water like colour with a faint greenish tinge to the edges. Aromas of passionfruit, limes and green apple are followed by some light herbaceous asparagus like notes. Zippy passionfruit and citrus flavours dominate over green apple and subtle herbaceous grassy characters. Dry crisp finish with a lick of minerality present on the medium to long aftertaste.
