2018 Morin Pere & Fils Chablis

Bright pale straw colour with a watery hue. Aromas of pear and dried honey are followed by hints of lime, fresh herbs and slatey mineral notes. Refreshing pear, lime and citrus flavours over shadow some green apple and wet slate characters. Nicely rounded mid palate finishing dry with lively acidity and a medium to long aftertaste that’s both elegant and minerally.
Drink over the next 3-4 years.
