Certified Organic. Semi translucent dark red colour with a light red hue. Nosing reveals spicy red cherry and strawberry aromas which meld into forest floor, fresh herb and spice notes. Light earthy palate with subtle red cherry fruits, infusions of fresh herbs and spice also evident. Dryish finish with bright acidity, slightly chalky tannins and a modest aftertaste.
