2018 Mad Fish Pinot Noir

Bright dark red colour with black tinged edges showing good depth and a youthful red hue. Aromas of violets, ripe red cherries and strawberries stream out of the glass with subtle fresh herb and spice notes also evident. Vibrant ripe red cherry and strawberry flavours have a supple juicy feel with light spicy anise and fresh herb infusions ensuing. Good length. Velvety tannins finishing with a lick of bright acidity a moreish medium length aftertaste. Simple but delicious.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
