Brilliant water like colour with a greenish tinged outskirts. Pronounced juicy pear aromas tinged with a hint of quince intermingle with lime, green apple and spice. Concentrated and well rounded flavours of lime, fleshy pear and spicy green apple fill the mouth with some light quince characters also apparent. Finishes with good freshness and a long delicious lime, spicy green apple, pear, fresh herbs and subtle quince aftertaste.
