Brilliant water like colour with a faint tinge of green around the edges. Aromas of passionfruit and lime meld with green apple and subtle herbaceous grassy notes. There’s good intensity to the vibrant passionfruit, green apple and lime flavours which fill the mouth over some light herbaceous characters. Crisp dry finish with a medium to long aftertaste.

The base of passionfruit, snow pea and fresh-cut grass is given complexity from time in neutral barriques, followed by partial mlf and maturation on lees. Seems simple, but it's no such thing if you want a sauvignon blanc as fine (and entertaining) as this. Skilfully made. Drink by 2022.
