2018 J. Moreau & Fils Petit Chablis

Bright pale straw colour with a watery hue. Elevated pear and dried honey aromas have a stony overlay followed by some light biscuit and spice notes. Ripe pear and dried honey flavours show good richness over a bed of crushed stone with some light biscuit, dried nut and spice nuances also chiming in. Nicely rounded mouthfeel finishing dry and fresh with a pear, dried honey and wet stone aftertaste.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
