Home Hill’s amazing run of hot form continues. Fresh off a 98 point score for their 2018 Home Hill Estate Pinot Noir from James Halliday, their 2018 Kelly’s Reserve has scooped up 4 trophies at the Australian & New Zealand boutique winemakers awards. The only bad news is that there will be no 2019 wines released due to smoke taint from the bush fires.

Supple in the mouth with rich, seductive dark fruits.

Deep dark red colour with black tinged edges and a bright crimson purple hue. Alluring aromatics of violets, dark cherries, ripe strawberries and anise blossom from the glass with trailing notes of forest floor, subtle game and spicy cedar. A wave of dark cherry, dark plum and strawberry fruit cascades across the palate, delivered with superb intensity and power. Supple mouthfeel with elements of anise, forest floor, subtle dried herbs, traces of meatiness and spicy cedar sitting beneath. Velvety tannins concluding very long, expansive and super delicious.
Drink over the next 6-8 years.
