2018 Hentley Farm Riesling

Brilliant water like colour with a very distinctive tinge of green to the outskirts. Driving through the nostrils are intense lemon and lime scents with crunchy green apple, orange rind and talc also evident. Lemon and lime flavours decorate the palate with an underbelly of steely acidity. Dry, tight racy finish with elements of orange rind and chalky mineral characters also present. Long lemon, lime, subtle orange rind, wet steel and mineral aftertaste.
