2018 Haselgrove Catkin Shiraz

Impenetrable inky black heart with an equally deep dark red black hue. Lifted aromas of freshly crushed blackberries combine with liquorice and ripe blueberries over vanillin cedar, fennel and light pepper notes. Luscious blackberry, liquorice and blueberry fruits are backed by spicy vanillin oak and a dash of pepper. Opulent mouthfeel finishing dry and inky with bright acidity and slightly chalky tannins. Medium length conclusion.
