Certified Organic. Brilliant water like colour with a light greenish tinge to the outskirts. Intense lemon, lime and green apple aromas rise out the glass followed by hints of orange rind, talc and a chalky minerality. Racy lemon and lime flavours show excellent concentration over some spicy green apple, light talc and steely minerality. Crunchy acidity makes for a mouth watering finish. Long lemon, lime, green apple, talc and steely mineral aftertaste.
