2018 Glaetzer-Dixon Nouveau Pinot Noir

Deep red purple colour with black tinged edges and a purple red hue. Fragrant violet laced red to dark fruit aromatics blossom from the glass intermingling with dried clove, fresh garden herbs, subtle forest floor and spice along the way. Rich, fleshy and seductive yet light on its feet the palate is filled with delicious ripe cherry, plum and strawberry flavours which meld into infusions of incense and subtle dried clove. Finishes dry and quite spicy with vibrant acidity and velvety tannins. Excellent power with a medium to long spicy bright fruit laden conclusion.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
