Aged solely in stainless steel tanks. Totally opaque black dark red core with a bright dark red hue. Aromas of freshly crushed dark cherries and liquorice intermix with subtle inky earth, fresh herb and spice notes. The mid weight palate has a fresh vibrant feel to it with crunchy acidity backing the ripe cherry and red liquorice fruits. Elements of scorched earth and infusions of fresh herbs are also present. Dry inky finish with chalky tannins and a brisk red fruited aftertaste.
