Twenty five percent of this wine was barrel fermented. Glistening pale straw colour with a greenish tinge to the outskirts and a watery hue. Fresh peach and apricot aromas have a delicate toasted honey like overlay with spice end notes. Lush and creamy like in its mouthfeel yet still very fresh, the palate is decorated with ripe peach and apricot fruits. Light honeysuckle characters, toast, cinnamon and spice the undercard. Vibrant acidity with a long well rounded finish.
