2018 Dominic Shiraz

Very deep black dark red colour with a bright dark red hue. Aromas of fresh plum and liquorice are followed by vanillin spice and hints of earth. Soft, fleshy palate with spicy red plum, cherry and liquorice flavours mixing with vanillin cedar and light earth. Glossy tannins concluding with modest length.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
