Founded by William Fevre in 1957 the domaine has grown to now become one of the biggest land owners in Chablis with 78 hectares of prestigious vineyards, of which 15.9 hectares are classified as Premiers Crus and 15.2 as Grand Crus.
This is consistently one of the best value Chablis on the market and a benchmark of a vintages quality. Brilliant very pale straw colour with a distinct tinge of green to the edges and a watery hue. Attractive pear, lime and green apple scents are followed by hints of dried honey, wet slate and fresh herbs. Moreish lime, pear and green apple flavours infused with fresh herbs sit over a back drop of wet slate and flinty mineral nuances. Finishes dry with fresh crunchy acidity and a long mouth watering, wet slate infused aftertaste.
Drink over the next 3-4 years.
Alc. 13%

Other Reviews….
This offers plenty of fruit and a deeply fleshy texture on the palate. The nose is all melon, peaches and limes and the palate has such juicy and fleshy texture, combined with a flash of bright, refreshing acidity, holding melon, pears and white peaches fresh and long. A concentrated and delicious AC from Fèvre in 2018. Drink now.
