2018 DCB Wine Woori Yallock Chardonnay

Brilliant pale straw colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. Elevated fresh white peach and nectarine aromas merge with dried honey, citrusy nougat characters, light cashew and spice. Rich, fleshy peach and ripe nectarine flavours combine with infusions of dried honey giving the palate a gentle creamy textural profile. Citrusy nougat and light spicy cashew characters chime in on the fresh finish. Excellent drive with a long refined aftertaste.
Drink over the next 4-5 years.
