Brilliant pale straw colour with tints of green around the outskirts and a watery hue. Nosing reveals aromas of pear, baked apple and quince with spicy end notes. Light with an elegant flavour profile of pear, baked apple, subtle dried honey and traces of spicy quince. It finishes dry with crisp acidity and a medium length aftertaste.
