2018 Coriole Sparta Shiraz

Pitch black in colour with a deep bright dark red black hue. The youthfully scented nose tosses up aromas of inky blackberries and liquorice followed by vanillin cedar, elements of earth and blackpepper. Full bodied, rich and plush yet sturdily built, the palate is generously flavoured with crushed blackberries and liquorice over inky earth characters and vanillin cedar finishing with a burst of blackpepper. Firmish tannins and bright acidity. Excellent concentration concluding with a medium to long aftertaste.
