2018 Coriole Redstone Shiraz

Aged in seasoned French oak for 12 months. Inky black core with a deep dark red black hue. Crushed blackberry, plum and liquorice aromas are trailed by vanillin cedar and a dusting of pepper. Rich plump blackberry, liquorice and dark plum flavours flood the mouth over a back drop of vanillin cedar, light fennel and blackpepper. There’s a feeling of both freshness and opulence to the concentrated fruit which is supported by bright youthful acidity and sturdy tannins. Finishes medium to long, fresh and juicy.
