2018 Colomba Bianca Resilience Nero D'Avola

Deep dark red black colour with a dark red hue. The nose is filled with a combination of ripe dark, dried and morello cherries which intermix with some liquorice, dried herbs, hints of earth and spice. Rich black plum, morello cherry and dried cherry flavours sit over some prominent vanillin oak and spicy dried herb characters. Ripe fleshy mouthfeel with velvet smooth tannins and balanced acidity. Long ripe juicy aftertaste.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
