Brilliant water like colour with greenish tinged edges. Lifted aromas of passionfruit and green apple intermix with herbaceous grassy characters, lime and spicy asparagus notes. Vibrant flavours of passionfruit, limes and green apples are overlaid by herbaceous grassy characters with some flinty mineral infusions on the dry crisp finish. Long fresh passionfruit, spicy green apple, lime, herbaceous asparagus and flinty mineral aftertaste.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.

The wine has complex aromas and flavours, so much so that you might wonder whether if a small percentage was barrel fermented, until the clarity of the mouthfeel disposes of that idea. Two rivulets of flavour run happily along the palate, one with lemon citrus flavours, the other with green apple and gooseberry, tied together by crunchy acidity on the finish. Drink by 2020.
