2018 Caledonia Australis Pinot Noir

Semi translucent dark red colour with a light brick red hue. Aromas of dried cherries and rhubarb are married to dried herb, forest floor and spicy cedar notes. Light, supple and spicy the palate serves up a flavour profile of cherries, rhubarb, strawberries and dried herbs which meld into earth, toasty cedar and spice. Polished tannins, nicely balanced acidity and a mid length finish.
Drink over the next 1-2 years.
