2018 Barringwood Estate Pinot Noir

Semi translucent dark red core with black tinged edges and a crimson red hue. Perfumed violet led scents of ripe cherries, strawberries and anise are trailed by dried herbs and light toasty cedar notes. Light and fresh the palate has a savoury flavour profile of red cherries and winter strawberries over subtlety toasted cedar, forest floor and spicy dried herb elements. Bright acidity, fine grained tannins and a medium length conclusion.
