2018 42 Degrees South Pinot Noir

Semi translucent bright dark red colour with a vibrant red purple tinged hue. Fragrant violet notes intermingle with crushed ripe red cherry and strawberry aromatics followed by traces of anise, some inkiness and spice. Light and elegant, juicy flavours of freshly crushed ripe cherries and strawberries prevail over a touch of inky earth like characters and spice. Bright finish with finely grained tannins and a ripe cherry, strawberry, violet infused, subtle inky earth and spice aftertaste.
Drink over the next 3-4 years.
