- Cellar 5 - 6 years (2025-2026)
- ABV 14%
- Closure: Stelvin
A blend of 60% Grenache, 22% Shiraz and 18% Mourvèdre. Deep dark red black colour with a dark red hue. A mix of spicy dark raspberry and dark cherry fruits are trailed by liquorice, light scorched earth notes and pepper. The structured palate features juicy dark to black raspberry and dark cherry fruits backed by fresh acidity and muscular tannins. Flashes of liquorice, scorched earth and spicy pepper sit underneath. Stern yet fleshy in its mouthfeel with a lightly peppered aftertaste that’s medium to long.
Cellar 5-6 years.
A 60/22/18% blend, destemmed, mechanically sorted, wild yeast-open fermented, plunged, on lees, matured in used oak for 10 months. What a lovely wine from a lovely vintage. It's not an ounce over medium-bodied, but it articulates the place, varieties and the year with utmost clarity. Fine tannins are stitched through the scarlet taffeta of the perfectly pitched palate. Drink by 2027.
