2017 Woodlands Cabernet Franc Merlot

Deep black dark red core with a dark red hue. Aromas of ripe red currants and mulberry meld into dusty vanillin cedar, light tobacco and spicy herb notes. Light to medium weight the elegant palate has an appealing suppleness to it with flavours of red currant and mulberry overlaid by dusty earth, vanillin cedar, tobacco and spicy dried herb characters. Slightly dryish finish with very refined, polished tannins concluding medium to long.
