Founded by William Fevre in 1957 the domaine has grown to now become one of the biggest land owners in Chablis with 78 hectares of prestigious vineyards, of which 15.9 hectares are classified as Premiers Crus and 15.2 as Grand Crus. The Petit Chablis was matured in stainless steel vats for a period of 8-10 months to preserve freshness.

Brilliant very pale straw colour with a distinctive tinge of green around the outskirts and a watery hue. Nosing offers up scents of pear, ripe lime and green apple which overlay a slate and citrusy mineral back drop. Racy pear, lime and green apple flavours decorate the mouth with an undercard of citrus and slatey mineral elements. Dry crisp finish with a slatey mineral laced aftertaste.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
Alc. 12%
