Brilliant pale straw colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. Lifted lime, red and green apple aromas have a slatey overlay with chalky mineral notes also evident. Intense, spritely and mineral laden the palate carries red apple, lime and citrus flavours over a back drop of slate and flinty minerals. Finishes dry and tense with zesty acidity and a lingering aftertaste.
