2017 Totara Pinot Noir

Semi translucent dark red colour with a light crimson red hue. Blossoming from the glass are aromatics of dark cherries, dark plum and anise with some toasty oak and spicy forest floor notes also evident. Juicy and supple in its feel the palate has a flavour profile of ripe dark cherries, anise, toasty oak and spice. Slightly dryish finish with fresh acidity and finely grained tannins. Medium length conclusion.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
