2017 Thorn-Clarke Sandpiper Riesling

Brilliant water like colour with greenish tinged edges. The nose dispels aromas of lime juice, green apples and citrusy orange blossom like notes with some light minerality also present. Light and dry, flavours of lime juice and green apple are threaded by a fine line of crisp acidity followed by some orange, citrus and subtle steely mineral characters. Aftertaste of lime juice, green apple, subtle orange and light wet steel.
Drink now or cellar 5-6 years.
