2017 Thierry et Pascale Matrot Bourgogne Chardonnay

Brilliant pale straw colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. Aromas of pear, citrus and dried honey intermingle with a hint of gun flint, wet stone and mineral. Fleshy peach and pear flavours meld into elements of dried honey, subtle gun flint and wet stones. Nicely rounded mouthfeel finishing dry and fresh with a medium to long aftertaste.
Drink over the next 3-4 years.
