2017 Shaw & Smith Pinot Noir

Semi translucent bright red colour with a light red hue. Fragrant ripe red cherry and strawberry aromatics laced with a hint of dried cloves waft out of the glass followed by forest floor and spicy herb notes. Light in body the supplely textured palate features ripe red cherry and wild strawberry flavours which are underpinned by subtle dried clove characters, forest floor, some meatiness and spice. Bright vibrant finish with very polished tannins. Aftertaste of spicy red cherries, wild strawberries, forest floor and fresh herb infusions.
