2017 Shaw & Smith M3 Chardonnay

Brilliant very pale straw colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. Aromas of nectarine and crisp pear intermix with a pinch of grapefruit, biscuit, light dried honey, wet stone and citrus. Possessing good intensity, the refined palate has an elegant creamy feel with flavours of ripe nectarine and fleshy white peach sitting over a back drop of subtle dried honey characters, biscuity oak, light nougat and infusions of gun flint. Clean dry finish with vibrant acidity and a long elegant aftertaste.
