2017 Sailor Seeks Horse Pinot Noir

Includes 15% whole bunch fruit. Deep dark red colour with black tinged edges and a dark red hue. A perfumed bouquet of violets, cherries and strawberries sets sail with tail notes of subtle dried herbs, lightly toasted cedar, forest floor, dried meats and spice. Light in body, delicious flavours of dark cherries and strawberries subtlety infused with clove glide effortlessly across the palate underscored by complexing elements of forest floor, dried herbs, smoked meats and spicy cedar. Elegant, supple mouthfeel with underlying bright fresh acidity and silky tannins. Finishes long and savoury.
