2017 Poggio Anima Gabriel Pecorino

Bright straw colour with a watery hue. Lifted lime and apple scents meld into fresh herb notes. Refreshing lime and green apple flavours show good intensity dominating over infusions of fresh herbs and stony mineral characters. Finishes dry and nervy with crisp acidity and a moreish aftertaste of limes, green apples and stony mineral elements.
