Deep dark red black tinged colour with a vibrant red purple hue. Nosing offers up aromas of ripe and dried cherries as well as plum infused with dried herbs, light earth and spice. Light in body with a supple feel, the palate sports ripe red cherry and red currant fruits over a back drop of lightly earthed dried herbs and spice. Bright finish with lively acidity, fine grained tannins and a medium length aftertaste.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.

Cranberry meets sarsaparilla meets cherry cola aromas. Crunchy textured, shows more of the cherry cola, cranberry juice flavours, crisp texture, ultra fresh feeling, good dusting of spice, peppery finish and corkscrew of tannins in tow. Great drinking here. Drink 2019-2022.
