2017 Patrick Piuze Vallee Sebillon Chablis

Brilliant pale straw colour with a faint glimmer of green around the edges and a watery hue. Nosing reveals aromas of pears and lime over subtle dried honey, wet slate and flint notes. Nicely rounded texturally with mouthfilling flavours of pear, a dash of lime and dried honey underpinned by slatey mineral characters. Finishes dry with fresh acidity and a medium to long flinty pear aftertaste.
Drink over the next 3-4 years.
