Bio-dynamic and preservative free. Impenetrable inky black dark purple core with a very deep dark purple black hue. Lifted ripe blueberry, blackcurrant and liquorice aromas are trailed by vanillin cedar and subtle spicy dried herb notes. Rich, medium bodied red to blackcurrant and blueberry flavours merge with dusty cedar and spice. Dry finish with bright youthful acidity and slightly chalky tannins. Aftertaste of blackcurrants, blueberries, dusty cedar, dried herbs and spice.
