2017 Murray Street Black Label Shiraz Grenache Mataro

Opaque dark red black colour with a bright dark red hue. Fragrant dark raspberry and liquorice aromas intermingle with ripe cherries, light earth and aromatic herbs. Medium bodied, richly flavoured and possessing a juicy feel the palate is flooded with spicy dark raspberry, dark cherry and liquorice flavours which overlay subtle vanillin cedar, traces of earth and pepper. Excellent intensity with fleshy, supplely textured tannins, well balanced acidity and a long succulent dark raspberry, ripe dark cherry, liquorice, vanillin cedar and spicy pepper aftertaste. A very moreish drink.
Drink over the next 3-4 years.
