2017 Mt Duneed Estate Sauvignon Blanc

Matured on lees for 4 months. Brilliant very pale straw almost water like colour with greenish tinged edges. Herbaceous gooseberry and citrus aromas mix with lime and grassy asparagus notes. The palate has a dry savoury flavour profile of herbaceous gooseberries, asparagus, citrus and grassy herbs over some light pencil shavings and spice. Very dry finish with crisp acidity and an aftertaste of grassy herbs, citrus, herbaceous gooseberry, asparagus and faint pencil shavings.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
