2017 Mountadam Five-Fifty Shiraz

Totally opaque black dark red colour with a dark red hue. Lifted liquorice and dark plum aromas combine with smoked meats, vanillin cedar, dried herbs and pepper. Medium bodied with a soft plush feel the palate is richly flavoured with dark plum and liquorice flavours over a back drop of smoky vanillin cedar, a touch of meatiness and spicy dried herbs. Very smooth well integrated tannins concluding medium to long.
Drink over the next 3-4 years.
