Deep bright dark red colour with black tinged edges and a bright purple red hue. Fragrant scents of violets, ripe red cherries and a hint of sour cherries mix with clove, fresh herb infusions and spicy earth. Light in body with juicy red fruits, lively acidity and slightly chalky tannins, the palate dishes up spicy red and sour cherry flavours which meld into earth, clove and dried herbs. Spicy finish with a crunchy medium length aftertaste.
Cellar 3-4 years.
Alc. 13%

Other Reviews….
Very impressive red and dark berries with a layer of fresh flowers and sous bois. The palate has a super juicy edge with fine yet assertive acidity and a long, richly fruited finish. Impressive clarity and power, in terms of structure. Drink or hold.
