2017 McGuigan The Shortlist Eden Valley Riesling

Brilliant water like colour with a faint tinge of green to the edges. Lemon and lime aromas flow from the glass underscored by orange rind, wet steel and chalky mineral notes. Zesty lemon and lime flavours race across a backbone of wet steel and orange rind with flinty mineral also present. Dry finish with fresh crunchy acidity providing the zing. Lingering lime, lemon, wet steel and flinty mineral aftertaste.
Drink now or cellar 5-6 years.
