Scotchman’s Hill winemaker Robin Brocket makes the McGlashan Wallington Estate wines which were established by Russell and Jan McGlashan in 1995.

Brilliant water like colour with pale straw edgings. Lifted pear and red apple aromas lead the way followed by hints of dried honey, citrus and spice. Fresh ripe pear, red apple and dried honey characters intermingle on a texturally rounded palate that has a glossy feel to it. Vibrant lemon citrus and spice elements flow onto the refreshingly dry finish. Lively acidity with an aftertaste of ripe pears, red apples, dried honey, citrus and spice. True to style this is a very well made Pinot Grigio that drinks exceptionally well.
Drink over the next 1-2 years.
