2017 Maison des Hates Chablis Premier Cru Beauroy

Bright straw colour with a watery hue. Elevated pear, white peach and dried honey aromas overlay light citrus and wet stone notes. Generous ripe pear and dried honey flavours are full and fleshy in their textural feel, underscored by slate and mineral characters. Finishes dry with brisk acidity and impressive richness on the long aftertaste. A riper, forward drinking style of Chablis.
