Brilliant water like colour with a greenish tinged outskirts. Nosing reveals aromatics of ripe apple and pear married to honeysuckle with a hint of tea and spice also evident. Quite full texturally yet remarkably fresh the palate dishes up juicy red apple and pear flavours which intermix with some honeysuckle, subtle quince and spice. Finishes dry with crisp acidity and a satisfying aftertaste of red apples, pears, light quince, honeysuckle and spice.
