Hoddles Creek’s Franco D’Anna is in charge of winemaking.
Matured for 9 months in used French oak barriques with 15% whole bunch included. Translucent bright cherry red colour with a light crimson hue. Fragrant violet laced scents of ripe cherries and strawberries drift from the glass followed by anise and infusions of fresh herbs. Light, incredibly moreish and possessing a superb power wave, delicious juicy cherry and strawberry flavours flow into subtle elements of anise and spice. Supple mouthfeel with silky tannins and a long aftertaste.
